Vader VS. Obi-Wan The Final Battle Sounds

I cannot count the amount of different sounds that are used in this scene but there are a lot. Some of the things I was able to hear were the music, the dialogue, the sound effects of the actual battle between Obi-Wan and Vader, and the sounds of changing environment that they are in.

The music used during the scene is tailored to the scene and has a dramatic mood to it to give it the feel that only one person will emerge in the and it may not be the person you think it's going to be. The music is fast paced which helps make it so dramatic.

The dialogue is clear and added after the fact and blended with the sound effects and music so it sounds nice but it isn't louder or quieter than everything else. Because they used a green screen they didn't have to remove much background noise from the filming environment and it was easier to record the audio. Also i highly doubt they'd film in an actual volcano.

The sound effects they've used were created by a Foley meaning someone has got things like sheets of aluminum to create the sound of thunder for example. They created the sounds of lightsabers hitting each other and them being activated as well of the sounds of the kicks. As for the other sounds like the surroundings falling apart and exploding they have a sound library of sounds like explosions and mechanical sounds that they were able to use.

The sounds and music are blended very well and do a good job at portraying a dramatic and realistic scene as far as a sci-fi scene gose for being realistic.
